Participants will have the option to have their packet and gear mailed to them during online registration for $25. If you choose this option AFTER you have registered and make the request via email or phone, the convenience fee is $30. This price is per packet even if shipping to the same address. Deadline for the mailout request is October 5th, 2013.
If you need to pick up your packet on race day, the fee to do so is $30 per packet/racer.
Registrations are non-refundable. Please see our race change policy for downgrade or upgrade options.
Race Change Policy
At Team Ortho Foundation we allow you to change your race entries.
Team Ortho Race Change Policy
48-Hour Change Policy: You have 48 hours after the time of registration to make any desired changes to your race entry without penalty. Go to Contact Us and use the drop down menu to select registration. This will direct your email to the correct Team Ortho employee.
There are no refunds.
After you register, there are options to change your race distance or transfer to another person.
- To upgrade or downgrade your race - $15.00 + difference in race price (if upgrading)
